The WL-116 is a single point load cell constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, covering a broad capacity range from 5kg to 200kg. This single point load cell supports optional C3 or C4 precision grades and maintains excellent rated output consistency, making it ideal for parallel configurations in large-scale weighing systems.
This single point load cell provides a combined error of 0.01%F.S., non-linearity of 0.017%F.S., and repeatability of 0.01%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.05mV/V, zero balance is ±0.2%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 5~15 VDC, this sensor delivers stable, repeatable measurements even in demanding conditions.
The WL-116 features IP68 protection as standard, with customizable enhancements. It operates across a wide temperature range of -30°C to 70°C, and nominal displacement is less than 0.4mm. Standard cable is Φ5.4mm × 4000mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S., ensuring durability under occasional overload events.
